In my latest series of paintings, I explore the tender and delicate relationship between oneself and nature, extending the narrative of my photographic self-portrait onto the canvas.
"Drawing inspiration from nature as both metaphor and muse, with a sense of nostalgia and longing, these paintings explore the magical convergence of memory and fantasy, as well as the intricate boundary between the real and the imagined blur.
Also shown with the paintings is a series of mixed-media works on paper. By overlaying abstract and serendipitous drawings onto floral images, I aim to visually articulate the unseen energies surrounding us, inviting viewers to contemplate the hidden complexities of existence."
